CarcinoS is an educational and informational platform. All content — including article summaries, AI-generated triage classifications, editor commentary, and weekly digests — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

The Service does not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from CarcinoS content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use or applicable law.

AI-generated triage classifications are correct in any individual instance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CARCINOS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL CARCINOS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CARCINOS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
